Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (the “Customer”) and Volt-Mania UG (haftungsbeschränkt) when you access or purchase from our website voltmania.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts for goods and digital content offered through the Volt-Mania online store. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Contract Formation

Product listings on our website are non-binding offers. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding purchase order. The contract becomes effective once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are final consumer prices according to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer), meaning no VAT is applied or shown. Payment methods are displayed during checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Stripe). Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping destination and method chosen. Full shipping details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by email at volt.mania.shop@gmail.com.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of German law apply. If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately with photos and order details.

8. Liability

Volt-Mania UG is liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only to breaches of essential contractual obligations (so-called “cardinal duties”) and is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Liability for consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Volt-Mania UG until full payment has been received.

10. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one closest in meaning.
