Returns & Refunds

1) 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods.

To exercise your right, notify us by email at volt.mania.shop@gmail.com with a clear statement (e.g., “I withdraw from my contract”).

2) Returns Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied).
  • For hygiene/safety reasons, certain wearables/accessories must be sealed/unused to be eligible.
  • Do not return goods to the sender printed on the parcel—contact us for the correct return address.

We’ll send you the appropriate return address once your request is approved (varies by warehouse).

3) Damaged / Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund—your choice.

4) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: typically 3–7 business days after we approve the return (your bank/card may add time).

5) How to Start a Return

  1. Email volt.mania.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Wait for our reply with the correct return address and instructions (differs by item/warehouse).
  3. Pack securely; include all accessories and the order number inside the parcel.
  4. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.

6) Exclusions (where returns may be declined)

  • Used or damaged items not due to transit or manufacturing defects.
  • Missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Unauthorized returns (returned without contacting us first).
  • Health/hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed.
