How long does delivery take?+
Most EU orders arrive in 7–13 business days after dispatch. We’ll email you a tracking link.
Can I change my shipping address?+
Email us ASAP at support@voltmania.shop. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it.
Do heated products include a power bank?+
Our heated scarf is USB-powered and does not include a power bank. Any 5V USB power bank works great.
Is the Smart Mug Warmer a phone charger?+
No. It’s not a wireless charger and should only be used with mugs/cups.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
Email us within 7 days with photos/video, we’ll replace or refund quickly.
Do you offer warranties?+
All products are covered by a 12-month defect warranty. If something goes wrong under normal use, we’ll make it right.
